These terms cover the MnemoNexus website and website accounts. The publisher is identified below. The project is in development: public desktop downloads, hosting, mobile access and hosted AI may be marked coming soon. An unavailable service cannot be activated by creating an account.

Product descriptions and research articles explain the project and its intended methods. They are not a promise of a particular learning outcome, examination result or release date.

Local desktop learning features are free to use and do not require a hosting subscription. Installation packages are available only when listed as ready on the download page. Any licence supplied with a desktop release governs that software; these website terms do not grant rights to third-party material.

Keep copies of material you need and review generated study content against your sources. You are responsible for the devices, local storage and external providers you choose to use.

Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in details secure. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Do not share another person’s credentials, impersonate someone or try to bypass security controls.

You may stop using your account at any time and request its deletion through the privacy contact. Website account deletion does not erase a desktop library stored on your own computer. Our privacy notice explains how we handle account and support information.

You retain your rights in material you own. Only provide material you have permission to use, and respect the privacy and rights of other people. Sending a support attachment does not make that attachment public.

Do not use the website to distribute unlawful content, send abuse, interfere with the service or access someone else’s information. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect users or comply with law. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.

Hosting and hosted AI are coming soon. There is no automatic subscription or charge for creating a website account. Desktop learning features do not become paid merely because optional hosting is introduced.

Before any paid service is activated, we will provide its price, billing interval, included AI allowance, renewal and cancellation rules, any credit expiry, refund information and the additional service terms. You will need to choose that service explicitly. These website terms do not substitute for those future purchase terms.

We aim to keep the website usable, but development, maintenance and technical faults may interrupt access. Features and release availability may change as the project develops. We will take reasonable care in operating the website and responding to reported problems.

Study material and generated outputs need your review. Do not rely on them as professional advice or as the sole source for an important decision. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights, excludes liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these website terms as the project changes. We will identify the revised version date and give appropriate notice of material changes affecting existing accounts. Mandatory consumer protections and your right to use the courts available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.
